Are there any age limits?At iArts Museum, we welcome visitors of all ages to come and explore our exhibits. Children ages 4 and under are only charged for anti-slip socks, plus tax and fees and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To ensure the preservation of our exhibits and the safety of our visitors, baby strollers/carriages need to be left at the designated area. Please inquire at the front desk.

How to get to iArtS Museum?Subway: Just a few minutes' walk from St. Andrew station. Exit and head west on King St W (you can also take the streetcar from here). Streetcar: Hop on the 504A/B streetcar and get off at the Portland stop, right in front of iArtS Museum. Car: Check out our interactive map for nearby parking options.

Is there wheelchair accessibility at iArtS Museum?Our current location is in a heritage building that does not support wheelchair accessibility. We acknowledge the challenges this may pose for wheelchair users and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are actively exploring options to enhance accessibility within our museum and are committed to making improvements in this area. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work toward creating a more inclusive environment for all visitors.

Where is iArtS Museum Located?iArtS Museum is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just steps away from Roy Thomson Hall and the Mirvish Theatre, at 580 King St W, 2nd floor. The streetcar stops right in front, and it's only minutes away from St. Andrew subway station.

How long is a booking slot?The iArtS Museum experience is designed for a 60-minute visit, though this may vary for each guest. You are welcome to extend your stay based on availability at the museum. Please note that arriving at your chosen time slot is crucial to ensure that you and other visitors can enjoy the exhibit in a timely manner.

Where do we put our strollers during our museum visit?You can inquire at the reception desk for assistance and directions on where to leave the stroller upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet to iArtS Museum?Unfortunately, only fully certified service animals with proper documentation are permitted. However, due to the delicate artworks displayed on the floor, we do not encourage the presence of service animals.

Do you permit outside food and drinks?Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibit area.

Can I wear my shoes, flip-flops, sneakers, crocs. etc. ?To ensure the preservation of our exhibits and the safety of our visitors, all footwear is not permitted in the exhibit area. However, we provide socks for your convenience.

Where do I leave my shoes, boots, coats, etc.?For your convenience, we offer a locker room with ample space for you to store your belongings. You can bring your own lock to keep your items secure. While we take precautions to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

Is there a charge for socks?Socks are included in the admission fee and will be provided to you upon entry. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our visitors, which is why we require all attendees to wear anti-slip socks at all times in the exhibit area. Only iArtS Museum socks can be worn in the exhibit area; footwear is not permitted.
